HAVE YOU LEARNED TO LOVE?!

One of the first things Jesus will ask when you stand before him in Heaven will be: "have you learned to love!"

Love is at the center of The Gospel message for God so loved the World that He gave us Jesus (John 3:16). Scripture goes on and tells us:

Romans 5: 8

But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us."

The whole law of God is summarized by:

Matthew 22:37-39

"Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’38 This is the first and great commandment.39 And the second is like it:‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself."

"For Christ’s love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therefore all died. And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again.

PRAYER FOR THE DAY

Lord Jesus Christ teach us your ways. May we decrease and you increase! Teach us your way to love. Let love increae in our lives! Let Your love love compel us. In Jesus name, amen.
