Secret Fasting

This is a personal fast and not a corporate fast.   It is a Fast between you and God.   A fast where you do not let the people around you know that you are on a fast (as far as possible).

“The inner room” speaks beyond praying in the privacy of your own home.  Spiritually, the “inner room” is your spirit, meaning you should be “in the spirit”.  In the spirit does not refer to speaking in Heavenly Languages only.  No, you can pray from your mind and still pray in the Spirit as long as you are in step with the Holy Spirit and the Word of God.

This fasting and praying removes mountains and brings breakthroughs….
